320 Lakewood Circle Greer, SC 29651
Lake LIFE without the long drive and being so far out of town! Come join the few that are lucky enough to live on WATER! Apalache Lake has a new listing to boast about and I am going to tell you all this home has and all this home can BE! Let’s start with the location. Minutes to almost anything! Shopping, dining, schools, and Target! This brick charmer as a stately feel as you walk up the sidewalk leading to the double doors. Coming in you will find LOTS of space. There is a nicely sized living room area. Bring a flat screen and a sectional sofa. I also like the formal dining room. There is plenty of space for grandma’s china hutch and a big dining table. Since you are on the water…..your friends will be coming over! The kitchen is nicely done. I love the vented hood. It brings a custom detail to the kitchen that complements the solid surface counters and tile backsplash. There are miles of cabinets for storage! The breakfast area is sure to be the morning gathering spot. Enjoy a cup of coffee as you sit overlooking the deck area. There is a big screened porch too. Let’s have a party! Bring the grill and a few friends! Outdoor living is plentiful. Down the hall are all the bedrooms. The master is large enough for a King size bed. The master bath is nicely done and don't forget the master walk in closet. It has been customized and can easily hold all your seasonal clothing. Guest rooms and guest bath are all well appointed with good closet space. There is a walk out basement too. This gives a HUGE rec room with a big brick fireplace. There is an office in the basement, a big laundry room that has a utility sink, and plenty of space for storage. If you have a returning college student or maybe a parent that has come to live with you this just might make the perfect floor plan. The two car garage is large enough not to only hold your vehicles but provide you space to “tinker”. But, in the basement, there is even a workshop area! Since the basement is “walk out” there is a patio area in addition to the upstairs deck and screened porch. Like I said, there is so much OUTDOOR living. There is even a storage building outside to hold all your yard tools. It also gives additional space for floats, noodles, and play toys. Let’s talk about Apalache Lake. It is about 130 acres and since you are on the lake, and if you pay your HOA due of $100 per year you have access to this smaller Upstate SC Lake! Bring a pontoon. There is a dock that will transfer with the property. Take the kids on a fishing trip! Or simply grab a few snacks and stroll down the water. There are some size limits to motors and boats on the lake which helps keep it private and peaceful. The community provides a picnic area and boat ramp for ease with putting your boat in the water! Not only will you enjoy what the community provides you will enjoy making new friends who have common interest in Living at the Lake! The location of 320 Lakewood Cir. gives a quick commute to either Greenville or Spartanburg should work call and say …. You need to come into the office! But remember, this home has TONS of space! I am sure you could use the additional room in the basement for a home office! Minutes to it all…the LAKE…..The LIFE…..Let me show you 320 Lakewood….And let me show you HOME!
